[Pokemon: Fated Encounter]

Twas' Kerl.

The animation was actually rather interesting.

But the art needs some work before I can give it a 10/10.
Especially the people, the don't look alot like people...

I gave it an 8 because I enjoyed it, for the most part.

Progression, TLOK is getting better.

It's getting better, much better.
Won't be long now, till it develops into something fantastic.

Although you could've given my protraits a little more anti-aliasing.
But it's okay.

You've put alot of effort into this and I do feel that you deserve 10 and a 5 for all the hard work you've put in these last few months.

But maybe...we should make the credits more colorful and unique.

Pretty good...

But I should say that you should improve on certain things.
1. Sound FX- teleport noise was fine, but perhaps different slash noise for each individual sound.
2. Sprite FX- the Blizzard beam and Rasegan FX were meh..try doing some Flash mad FX for more appeal.
3. Dialoque- Needs alot of imporv. Try scripting a bit more.

Also may I suggest boosting framerate to 24 fps AKA Movie Quality.
This would help alot too.
Over all...Not bad.

You did a really good job animating this nut I think you should increase the frame rate a little other than that good job.
